How do I register with right4staff?
Firstly you can register online now. Alternatively you can contact your nearest branch and arrange an appointment with one of our recruitment consultants, for a face to face interview.
What are the minimum criteria to register with your agency?
All that is required to register with right4staff is proof of eligibility to work in the UK. A CV is not essential as we can produce this automatically from our in-house computer system. Temporary candidates will need to be able to provide details of referees covering their work history.
What level of communication can I expect from my right4staff consultant?
At your initial interview, your consultant will advise you of best times and frequency of staying in touch. A regular communication schedule is in place to advise you and update on any opportunities you may be interested in. However, it is a good idea to maintain weekly contact to update us on your job seeking activities and to advise us of your availability. The more often we hear from you, the more likely you are to be at the forefront when we are matching to new vacancies.
What happens if I turn down an assignment?
It is always your prerogative to accept or decline an offer of either temporary work or to be put forward for a permanent job. The most important thing is to be honest and only accept if you are committed to carrying out the assignment. This will not jeopardise your chances of future offers of work.
What happens if I call the branch and my consultant is not available to deal with an enquiry?
As a right4staff consultant, a large percentage of the day is spent trying to secure employment opportunities and this involves time away from the office. Always feel free to speak to another of our representative's. Thanks to our automated database system, the whole branch has access to your details and requirements, and should almost always be able to answer your query.
